DON'T SUFFER IN SILENCE - YOU DON'T HAVE TO DO IT ALONE.

We all face challenges in life and sometimes it can be difficult to reach out for help. But you don't have to go through it alone. If you have a nagging feeling that some extra support might be helpful, it's worth exploring. Here are some signs to look out for:

You have lost your zest for life and just don't enjoy the things that you used to.

You feel like you have lost touch with yourself, that you don't know who you are anymore or what you like to do.

You've noticed changes in your mood, like feeling persistently low, lacking motivation, or experiencing increased anger or aggression.

You find it hard to open up to others and withdraw from social interactions.

You feel overwhelmed and struggle to manage the demands of daily life, like work, finances, or relationships.

You're dwelling on a particular problem and can't seem to find a way through.

Past experiences continue to affect your present and you want a safe space to explore them.

You're experiencing thoughts of self-harm or suicide and need someone to talk to.

Remember, seeking support doesn't mean you are weak. It takes strength and courage to acknowledge when you need help and taking that step can lead to positive changes in your life. If any of these signs resonate with you, don't hesitate to reach out.

Don't believe the lie that your problems are insignificant. Your feelings matter and deserve to be heard. Reach out for help before things become unbearable and find relief in a safe and non-judgemental space where you set the pace and choose what you talk about.

Sometimes we downplay our struggles and try to cope on our own, but it's important to remember that seeking help early on can make a big difference in preventing things from getting worse. Even if your problems don't seem "serious enough," reaching out for support is a proactive step towards feeling better in the long run.

It's common to worry about whether counselling will make you feel worse or open up difficult emotions. However, it's important to know that you are in control of the process. You can set the pace and choose what to share and when, and I'll work with you to ensure that the sessions feel manageable and supportive.

Many clients report feeling a sense of relief after starting counselling, finally having a safe and non-judgmental space to explore their thoughts and feelings.

If you're ready to take that step towards greater well-being, I'm here to support you along the way.
